As a qualified candidate, you will be invited to our Meet the Team Day, where you will get a deeper look at our business model, as well as further details about our technology, operations, territory allocations, marketing, and more. Meet the Team Day serves as a snapshot of what owning and operating a Grounds Guys franchise looks like.

Step Four:
Training and Grand Opening of Your Franchise
Once you’ve solidified your intent to invest in your own business and purchase a Grounds Guys franchise, you will begin the Sure Start training program in preparation for opening your business. Our designated Sure Start Coordinator will work with you to ensure you have the foundations for success. Going forward, a Franchise Business Coach will be assigned to you for ongoing support and to serve as an accountability partner.
